Chen promptly contacted us to provide a quote and communicated well throughout the duration of the project. He was thorough in his recommendations and the project went on exactly as planned. The team paid good attention to detail and ensured that the new tiles were installed to perfection. We are very happy with the outcome!

We recently completed a kitchen and bath remodel with BelRed Construction - Bathroom Remodeling, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, Chen and his team were absolutely outstanding. They delivered exactly what we wanted—on time and on budget.

Chen was fantastic to work with. He provided thoughtful guidance and creative suggestions that not only enhanced the final look but also helped us save money. He was incredibly accommodating, taking extra steps to make the entire process smooth and stress-free for our family.

The team was prompt, professional, and consistently showed up on time—or even early! Their accountability and quick turnaround exceeded our expectations. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and commitment to quality throughout the entire project.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I'm thoroughly impressed with Chen and his team's professionalism and dedication to their work. From start to finish, they maintained clear communication, keeping me informed every step of the way. The crew was hardworking and showed a personal touch that made the entire process feel tailored to my needs. Despite a few hiccups (which is truly unavoidable for any remodeling project), they promptly addressed and fixed the issues, ensuring the project stayed on timeline. Overall, I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled construction team. We are extremely happy with our new bathrooms.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Chen and his team did a top quality job on our hallway bathroom remodel. The original bathroom was circa 1978 and he had to rip out a hallway closet to expand shower area. We interviewed three companies and chose Chen because we immediately saw his interest in our project, his easy going personality, and clear communication style. We did our due diligence by also looking at another job he had completed before making our decision. What stands out to us is his consistent communication. Almost everyday we received communication about what was being done. He stuck to his exact timeline. After the job was “completed” we had a few small items like changing setting on lights that we couldn’t do without an electrician, adding additional grout to a section of baseboards, and changing out the transition between bath and hallway floor. His people were friendly and hard working. I would absolutely not hesitate to use him again. I wish I could get started on another project right away.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Chen and his crew did a wonderful job on our bathroom. They were quick, efficient and respectful of our home. Communication was clear and they followed through on timeline. Luis did a great job on tile work and added in additional features that improved the look. We loved their work so much that we are having them do an additional bathroom and some other projects.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I hired BelRed Construction - Bathroom Remodeling to completely remodel my entire downstairs - kitchen cabinets, countertops, appliances, floors, window and door trim, and fireplace in Spring of 2024. I cannot say enough good things about Chen Ovdat and his team. Chen introduced me to amazing cabinet, floor, and fabrication companies that were very reasonable in price. Chen went with me to pick out cabinets and was with me every step of the way in picking out quartz and floors. Chen and I had a "to do" list that we shared through WhatsApp and we were in constant communication. Chen and his team did not take payments until everything was complete on the list and I was satisfied. Chen was at my house multiple times a week inspecting the work and ensuring the quality was at his very high standard. Even today, I can go to Chen if I have any issues with my renovation. I am in love with my floors, kitchen, appliances and fireplace. I plan to hire Chen and his team again when I redo my upstairs bathrooms in a few years!
